This program is designed to go deeper than a standard workup, investigate what may have been missed, and help you understand your results in a way that actually makes sense. Why is the program 6 months?
Because real change takes time. Egg quality and sperm health each take 72 to 90 days to respond to nutritional and lifestyle changes. That is just the biology. Six months gives us enough time to investigate thoroughly, implement changes, track results across multiple cycles, and adjust the protocol as we learn more. Are you a doctor?
I am not a medical doctor. I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor who specializes in women's hormone health and fertility. I work alongside your medical team, not instead of them. I can facilitate functional lab testing through platforms with physician oversight, help you understand your results, and guide you on what to ask for and why. Think of me as the investigator your doctor does not have time to be.​

Can you guarantee I will get pregnant?
I cannot and I will not make that promise, because fertility involves many complex factors that are beyond anyone's control. What I can promise is a thorough investigation, personalized protocols built around your specific findings, and someone who will never give up on finding your answer. We get on a 25-minute call together. I learn about your journey, you ask any questions you have, and we figure out together whether this program is the right fit. There is no pressure and no pitch. How quickly can we get started?
Once you enroll you will receive immediate access to your program portal and video library. Your intake form will be waiting for you and we will schedule your first session from there. Most clients have their intake session within one to two weeks of enrolling.
